Delivery Locations: We ship Australia-wide to residential and business addresses. We do not deliver to PO boxes, hotels, or parcel lockers.

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Custom or personalised items (e.g. engraving, resizing, rhodium plating) may require an additional 3–5 business days.

Shipping Fees: Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders over $150. Express and insured delivery options are available at checkout.

Packaging: All items are securely packaged in Syna Jewellery’s signature wrapping, with discreet outer packaging for safe transit.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel’s journey.
Return & Exchanges

Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original condition. Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Process: To initiate a return, contact our team at info@synajewellery.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return reference.

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
