We want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied, Syna Jewellery offers returns and exchanges for eligible items purchased online or via direct consultation.
How to Return or Exchange
You may return or exchange your item by visiting our Brisbane studio or by post using the steps below:

Contact Us First Email info@synajewellery.com.au to request a return authorisation number. This must be included on the return form provided with your original order.

Secure Your Jewellery Before packaging, ensure all clasps and components are secured to prevent damage during transit.

Pack Carefully Place your jewellery in its original Syna Jewellery box, then inside the outer shipping box as received. If the outer box is damaged, you may use a suitable replacement.

Discreet Packaging For security, do not mark the box with any reference to jewellery or Syna Jewellery.

Shipping & Tracking Use the provided return shipping label or arrange your own insured courier. We recommend retaining tracking details for your records.
Inspection & Processing
Once received, your item will undergo a quality control inspection. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. Please allow additional time during peak seasons. If the item does not meet our return criteria, we will contact you to arrange its return.
Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Custom-made, engraved, or altered items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
