CONSIDERED JEWELLERY CARE

Repair With Care. Explain With Clarity.

Jewellery often carries value far beyond its materials.

It may represent a relationship, a milestone, a family member or a memory that cannot be replaced.

Before recommending any work, we carefully inspect the jewellery, explain what we find and outline the most appropriate options.

Our aim is not simply to make the piece wearable again.

It is to protect its structure, character and long-term integrity.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before Your Repair Assessment

Do you provide repair quotations?

Yes. Jewellery is first inspected, and a quotation is provided before approved work begins.

Can every piece of jewellery be repaired?

Not always. Some materials, previous repairs or structural conditions may limit what can be safely achieved. We will explain any limitations honestly.

Do you repair jewellery not purchased from Syna?

Yes. Jewellery does not need to have been purchased from Syna to be assessed for repair.

Can you repair antique or inherited jewellery?

Many older pieces can be repaired or restored, but each item must be assessed individually to protect its structure and character.

How long do repairs take?

Timing depends on the type of repair, required materials and workshop schedule. An estimate will be provided after assessment.

Do you accept repairs from outside Brisbane?

Selected repairs may be accepted from Australia-wide clients through an arranged and secure process. The item should not be posted before contacting Syna.
