At Syna Jewellery, all jewellery repairs are expertly handled in our in-house workshop. Most standard repairs are completed within a week, but if you need sooner, our Express Same Day Service is here for you. Trust us to restore your cherished jewellery to its former glory!
Jewellery Restoration
You may have an antique and precious item which is so sentimental that you may consider completely restoring them to their original state. In this case,Jewellery Restoration is for items that need more than that of routine repair. This challenging and rewarding task is preformed our in-house Workshop by skills and newest TECHNOLOGY.
Ring Sizing
In most cases, ring sizing is a routine procedure, and in most cases it is. The first step in ring sizing at SYNA JEWELLERY is to evaluate the distance in which a ring will have to be opened or closed after a PORTION of metal is either added or subtracted from its base.
As an important step, we read the materials and check the ring for metal fatigue or weak areas. We also take another step to assess the stones and prongs to verify their ability to withstand the pressure applied during the sizing process.
At SYNA JEWELLERY we utilise right knowledge and equipment to resize most rings without leaving a trace of the work that has been done. In the few cases that this is not possible, we will give you advanced notice of any distortion or inconsistency that may occur before you proceed.
Rhodium Plating
We complete the rhodium process while you wait for a reasonable fee. If your white gold jewellery was purchased with Syna Jewellery, this service is free for the first year and discounted thereafter.
It is important to know that before plating, we will inspect your piece of jewellery ensure it does not have any loose stones or requires additional repairs. Once it has been determined it is safe to proceed, we will give it a thorough clean to prepare it for the final step(rhodium process).
